Edited by Saúl Ferreira, BD with the subtitle "Fanzine for the Promotion of Comics", is linked to the Salão de Banda Desenhada de Aveiro. In the editorial, besides presenting the publication’s purposes, there is the usual narrative about the lack of collaboration from people involved in comics. The cover of this issue is signed by Eduardo Teixeira Coelho, an author for whom a brief biography and some illustrations are also published in the central pages. Adolfo Simões Müller writes an interesting essay, a "strip" for the history of comics in Portugal, recalling his involvement in publications since 1935, including "Diabrete", "Cavaleiro Andante", "João Ratão", and "Nau Catrineta". Márcio Sidnei publishes the comic "Cidada" over two pages. To finish, a summary of the history of comics, which is a condensed version of the book "Dessins et Bulles - La Bande Dessinée".
