Details:
ruínas is a fanzine edited by rodolfo mariano featuring black-and-white drawings of ruins, printed on “cavalinho” paper.
anyone who wishes can color the illustrations using colored pencils, markers, ballpoint pens, crayons, soft pastels, or oil pastels.
according to the author, it is “a book dedicated to abandoned and silent places, both in the countryside and the city. places of absence, places without light, without life, without music. if these places exist inside us, may this book be a way to color them and fill them with life and dreams.”
besides the drawings of ruins, there is also a short comic about two mischievous little ghosts and a book that holds the memories of all the ruins in the world.
