fanzine produced by maria pinto and sofia belém, providing a concise description of the wine production process. using handwritten texts in diverse calligraphies, alongside drawings and photographic images, the authors create a celebratory atmosphere of festivity and vitality. the title “semear?” (which means “to sow?”) evokes some ambiguity, since on the first pages of the fanzine it is clearly stated that the vineyard is planted, not sown... the wine production process is described with concise, descriptive sentences that include some technical language. on the other hand, the illustrations are allegorical and refer to ancient and profane rites, celebrating nature and fertility, invoking greek and roman mythology, and dance rituals in honor of dionysus and bacchus. semear?, july 2023, 12 pages, color photocopy on colored paper, 14.9 x 21 cm. edition: 24 copies. publisher: editora passatempo, lisbon. texts by erradiador on the blog “my nation underground.”
