A fanzine edited by José Pinheiro, featuring a cover illustrated by the artist highlighted in this issue: Manuel Jorge (M. Jorge).

The opening comic, A Guerra Acabou ("The War Is Over"), by José Carlos Fernandes, tells a tragic story of a man's inability to readjust to peace after spending 29 years on the front line.

Estrompa contributes a drawing of Tornado. This is followed by an interview with M. Jorge conducted by José Pinheiro, and then the comic O Herói ("The Hero"), by M. Jorge himself.

A page is devoted to various announcements about new comic albums and fanzine releases.

In Passageiro da Noite ("Night Passenger"), Nuno Nisa offers a poetic and contemplative reflection on a departure quay, with life itself brought into perspective.

Uma Questão de... Diplomacia ("A Matter of... Diplomacy"), by Carlos Rocha, is a humorous story about the misadventures of a door-to-door salesman and his father's heavy-handed intervention to secure successful sales.

Mário Elias contributes the article Subsídios para a História da B.D. Portuguesa ("Contributions to the History of Portuguese Comics"), focusing primarily on magazines and newspapers featuring comics published during the first half of the 20th century.

O Homem que Vendeu o... Mundo ("The Man Who Sold the... World"), by José Pinheiro, revolves around a disastrous nuclear arms deal.

Rui Lacas contributes a drawing created especially for this fanzine.

Ana Branco presents a comic featuring seagulls, the River Tagus and a bridge in the background.

To close the issue, Paulo Fernandes has his moustachioed character Carqueja challenge readers to consider who really belongs to the so-called Geração Rasca ("Scruffy Generation").

Texts by Erradiador on the blog "My Nation Underground".
