Diário ("Diary") was printed in black and white using offset lithography. Some pages were subsequently altered by hand through collage, stitching, the addition of phrases and other details, making each copy a unique work.

The text on pages 31 and 32 is reproduced from the Portuguese edition of Tonio Kröger by Thomas Mann (Lisbon, D. Quixote, 2002). The text on pages 43 and 44 was taken from Medeia – Vozes (Medea: Voices) by Christa Wolf (Lisbon, Cotovia, 1996).
