- Details:
- This fanzine brings together a collection of drawings by Esgar Acelerado, forming a kind of travel sketchbook documenting a journey across the United States of America. Beginning with the strict customs procedures, security paranoia and the lingering trauma of terrorism, it chronicles various adventures and the peculiarities of American life observed during his travels through different states.
Esgar Acelerado's drawings depict ordinary, everyday occurrences that nevertheless reveal a distinctly American identity, markedly different from its European counterpart. They capture the character of a strange and unfamiliar America that inspires both fascination and bewilderment.
