Details:: Marcüse is responsible for both the cover and the comic Eddie Brekel, which follows the life of its eponymous character from birth through to his placement in a religious boarding school, recounting the various abuses he suffers during his institutionalisation.

O Mundo de Etel ("Etel's World"), illustrated by Axel Blotvogel and written by Marianne Wesch, presents a narrative set in a strange parallel world, a kind of alternative reality on the brink of an alien invasion, rendered in black and white.

A Corochinha is another dark tale by Janus, set in the most hidden and shadowy corners, where alcohol and sex become mercilessly intertwined.

Teresa Câmara Pestana presents Aqui Até ao Fim ("Here Until the End"), which begins outdoors in a hippie atmosphere, with piles of excrement arranged like Buddhist temple structures, before drifting into television-induced lethargy, drugs, violence, education and schooling, children and Portuguese women, reckless drivers on the roads... Ultimately, nothing escapes the sharp, uncompromising gaze of editor Teresa C. Pestana.
