The cover of the summer issue of O Apókrifo features a summery collage by editor Isa Bruno, who revisits the same theme inside the publication, bringing together beaches, the sea, holidaymakers and sharks.

The issue also includes the comics Música no Adro ("Music in the Churchyard") and A Visita do Papa ("The Pope's Visit"), both by Amadeu Escórcio, whose drawing style is simple and lively, yet highly accomplished.

On the centre pages, Liz Fangueiro presents a comic with English-language text, adopting a more symbolist and poetic approach.

The Riscalhar supplement consists of a yellow A4 sheet, folded into quarters, featuring various sketches and drawings by Amadeu Escórcio.

On the penultimate page, two cartoons "borrowed" from American artist Robert Crumb make an appearance.

Texts by Erradiador on the blog "My Nation Underground".
