The first issue of O Apókrifo, released around Christmas 2022, opens with a quotation from Henri Roorda, describing money as a new religion. This is followed by Kirikiki, a single-page comic by Vicentó celebrating Christmas and its pleasures.

The highlight of the issue is Amadeu Escórcio's comic Página dum Suicida ("Page from a Suicide's Diary"), illustrating the short story of the same name by Mário de Sá-Carneiro, published in November 1908. Sá-Carneiro's preoccupation with suicide is already evident in this early work, expressed through the character of Lourenço Furtado.

The publication then features two black-and-white drawings "borrowed" from Maï Lee. The back cover presents SOS Terra ("SOS Earth"), an illustration by Isa Bruno.

Texts by Erradiador on the blog "My Nation Underground".
