- An object-fanzine in which paper becomes space.
Folds and cut-outs construct planes that open up, creating voids, passages and frames. Each page functions as a small architectural structure, activated by the gesture of turning the pages and by the movement of the eye.
Light passes through the object, casting shadows and revealing depth. Solid and void engage in dialogue, and the form is completed through its relationship with the surrounding space.
The reading experience is always variable, depending on the viewpoint, the passage of time and the incidence of light.
As an educational tool, the fanzine proposes a sensory exploration of space, light and perception. Light is understood as a visual material, capable of transforming form and altering the way the object is read. Working with cut-outs and overlapping layers allows concepts such as transparency, opacity, contrast and rhythm to be explored, alongside the transition from plane to volume.
The object invites close observation, experimentation and the conscious development of visual awareness, affirming artistic practice as a space for discovery and reflection.
